Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Locatebase website and API, operated by Foundry Systems Ltd. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, exceed rate limits, or use returned data in violation of applicable law or third-party licences.
Plans and billing
New accounts include a 14-day free trial of 100 lookups with no card required. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance at the price in effect when you subscribe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly lookup allowance; lookups beyond that allowance are billed in arrears at your plan’s extra-lookup rate on the same invoice. Included allowances reset each billing period and are non-transferable.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locatebase is provided “as is”, and Foundry Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
